A prominent new luxury condominium development is in the early planning stages for Singer Island, promising to elevate the area’s waterfront appeal as a premier gateway destination.

A respected New York-based development firm has submitted preliminary site plans to the City of Riviera Beach for a sophisticated 28-story tower known as Singer Island Gateway. Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway just west of 2525 Lake Drive and near the eastern approach to the Blue Heron Boulevard Bridge, the project envisions approximately 298 upscale residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts.

Designed by the acclaimed Miami architectural firm Arquitectonica, the proposed building incorporates thoughtful features to harmonize with the surroundings.
