Gloria Kanahele is a Coastal Luxury & Development Real Estate Specialist with decades of
experience in oceanfront homes, luxury condominiums, investment properties, seasonal
and oceanfront rentals, and development opportunities throughout Singer Island, Juno
Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Nassau County, and coastal markets across Florida. As
both a licensed Real Estate Associate and an active investor, she owns and manages a
portfolio of rental and investment properties in Florida and Hawaii, bringing real-world

Prior to real estate, Gloria built a distinguished 25+ year career in telecommunications,
including senior roles supporting AT&T's global communications infrastructure — serving
Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and residential and commercial clients
across local, long distance, and equipment platforms worldwide — rising to the top 3% in
nationwide sales. She later founded Tel America USA, where she continued advising Fortune
500 companies on large-scale communications infrastructure, contract negotiations, and
cost-reduction strategies — supporting the expansion of Extended Stay America from 30 to
300+ locations, Wayne Huizenga's portfolio of companies, and Friedman's Jewelers from 80
to 800+ stores nationwide.
