Meet the Owners: Ray Carrano & Jett Beres

Ray Carrano founded Singer Island Realty in 2003 with the intent of creating a highly specialized brokerage that focuses specifically on selling and buying properties on Singer Island. As a boutique brokerage, we can offer personal attention to our buyers and sellers with the local expertise that can only come from years of experience on and around the Singer Island. Jett Beres' passion and dedicated focus in Real Estate stems from a love of Architecture.  After receiving his design degree from University of Florida's School of Architecture, Jett spent the next 20 years touring the world as founding member of the multi-platinum selling rock band, Sister Hazel.  Jett pulls from his architectural background, his extensive international marketing knowledge, and his people skills to deliver an unparalleled level of experience, service, and professionalism to his clients.
