Ray Carrano founded Singer Island Realty in 2003 with the vision of establishing a highly specialized real estate brokerage dedicated exclusively to the buying and selling of properties on Singer Island.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ray has owned and operated multiple real estate agencies and has successfully managed thousands of agents. During his career, he has facilitated transactions totaling more than $1 billion in sales volume.

Ray is known for his unwavering commitment to a client-first philosophy, operating with the highest level of integrity and providing personalized, hands-on service to every client. His extensive expertise, deep knowledge of the Singer Island market, and firsthand experience with the island’s growth—including new construction projects, various economic cycles, etc. —make him a trusted and invaluable resource for buyers and sellers on Singer Island and the surrounding areas

Jett Beres's passion and dedicated focus in real estate stem from a love of Architecture.  After receiving his degree in design from the University of Florida's School of Architecture, Jett spent the next 20 years touring the world as a founding member of the multi-platinum-selling rock band Sister Hazel.  Jett draws on his architectural background, extensive international marketing knowledge, and people skills to deliver an unparalleled level of experience, service, and professionalism to his clients.
